Thursday Morning Teas

A fine spread

Our offices on a Thursday morning are becoming a bustling, busy place. Our blended learning students have been taking over the main lounge area with biscuits and cakes to share, many their own creations. Staff have been unable to resist the delicious smells and you will find them helping to ensure that nothing goes to waste. We've had up to 15 people there and the atmosphere is most convivial.

Canterbury Community Trust comes to visit

We recently invited Bill Dahlberg, a trustee of Canterbury Community Trust, to one of these morning teas. Canterbury Community Trust are one of our larger sponsors so we were delighted to be able to share with him a great opportunity to get to know our students, staff and premises. Bill was able to talk with students and staff and get a tour of the facilities. He was full of encouragement for the students and their efforts to get on with their learning.
